In this lecture, Stefan Steinle, Head of Global Customer Support at SAP, explores the shift from generative AI to autonomous agentic workflows.

As we have moved beyond simple summarization, the next breakthrough in business operations lies in agentic AI: Systems capable of independent planning, cross-application execution, and self-correction. These agents transform traditional software from static interfaces into goal-oriented collaborators that manage business processes with minimal human intervention.
